Fascial connectivity forms the interactive web through which a person’s body relates to the world and utilizing osteopathic myofascial release (MFR) we may enhance and purify this relationship. We will focus upon diagnosing and treating people through their neurological and myofascial systems. The unity of the heavily innervated fascia from the epidermis, through the subcutaneous and muscle layers, to the joint and bony relationships of the skeletal system will be reviewed. Myofascial Release (MFR) and Integrated Neuromyofascial Release (INR) OMT techniques will be reviewed in treating Lower Crossed Syndrome and integrating it with the exercise prescription.
