Carol Trowbridge Lectures Presented by the CICO in association with the CAO.
Carol Trowbridge is an independent scholar. Her book, Andrew Taylor Still, 1828-1917, is considered by historians as a major contribution to American medical history. The book has been translated into French, German, and Spanish. Mrs. Trowbridge served as a past board member of the Still National Osteopathic Museum, now the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine.
She earned a B.A. degree in History and Education from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. Mrs. Trowbridge was an award-winning teacher at the Kirksville, Missouri High School for the publication of the local history magazine, ‘The Chariton Collector’. Her articles have been published in ‘Osteopathic Annals, A Journal of Primary Care’. She was a speaker at the American Academy of Osteopathy and at the 2013 and 2014 John Wernham Memorial Lectures in Madrid, Spain.
Mrs. Trowbridge’s book, Andrew Taylor Still is required reading for this day of lectures. There will be an opportunity to have your book signed at this event.
This event is open to CICO members only. Cost for the day of lectures is $50 including HST. Membership to the CICO is free.
